For returns:

Include "ATTN: RETURN" and your order number clearly stated in the subject/first line of the email within 30 days of purchase. Please describe reason for return in the body of your email. Returns are free: you will receive an email with an USPS return label in 1-2 business days. Please take the package to your local USPS drop off or post office. You will then be issued a full refund* to your card or your paypal account once package is received.

For exchanges:

Include "ATTN: EXCHANGE" and your order number clearly stated in the subject/first line of the email within 30 days of purchase. If you wish for an exchange of equal or lesser value*, there is a $8.00 shipping + restocking fee for the new shipment. Only currently available items are eligible for exchange*. You may be entitled to a partial refund if lesser value. 

We reserve the right to offer partial refunds for unsatisfactory items or order experiences.

* All items MUST have original tags still attached for return OR exchange. All items must be in unworn, new condition to be eligible for a FULL refund, but we may offer a partial refund as stated above. *
